Presented by National Tropical Botanical Garden (NTBG) and Mercer Botanic Gardens (MBG), May 17, 2017 from 4:00 -7:00 pm.

Join NTBG’s President and Executive Director Charles “Chipper” Wichman at Mercer Botanic Gardens for a guest lecture, Tropical Plant Conservation in Hawaii and Across the Globe.  This lecture addresses the importance of tropical plant species and how protecting the biodiversity of Hawaii and tropical regions around the world makes a global impact.

The lecture, hosted by The Mercer Society, takes place on Wednesday May 17 in the Visitor Center at Mercer Botanic Gardens.  Check-in begins at 4:00 pm with the lecture to follow at 5:00 pm.  Reservations recommended.  Please reserve your seat either by calling 713.274.4166 or reserving online.
