Who we are

We are a collaboration of individuals dedicated to engaging our visitors in learning about plants, preserving Thelma and Charles Mercer’s legacy by providing financial support to Mercer Botanic Gardens, inspiring future generations, and continuing the rebuilding of Mercer Botanic Gardens following the devastation of Hurricane Harvey. We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization partnering with Mercer Botanic Gardens.

Rebuild.

Key structural damages resulted following both the April 18, 2016 Tax-Day Flood and Hurricane Harvey. Access to Storey Lake, long a favorite destination for visitors, with its striking pavilion, fountain jets and delightful turtles that beg for treats, was barred and still remains so.
